All a matter of taste I guess. I prefer Bilstein HD with stock springs, but my ex and son thought the ride was too firm....so his replacement shocks were Boge OEM. I bought from www.fcpgroton.com at a really low price....my mechainic thought the part were great...and I used the scantech aftermarket shock mounts replacements on both the front and rear. fcpgroton recommended the Boge OEM over the Bilstein touring.

All taste....I liked the ride of the 850 and thought the S70 were "mushier".

Based upon your preferences stated, you should stay away from the Bilstein HD and Koni. But the best advice I can give you is to make sure you replace those front shock mounts. Half the cost of the front will be the labor..and if the mount fails later, the strut must be removed to replace it. They cost only about $25 each.
