The computer in 99's is pretty good- it is likely that the computer will begin to compensate for the watsegate setting and after a while, the gains will go away. If you are looking for quicker acceleration from your car, there are some other mod's I'd recommend first- this board has a lot of folks who know their stuff and would be happy to help. I would absolutely not tighten it any more.
