98R AWD with 100K V70-XC70 1998

of which I just changed the trani fluid after 30K miles on it and it didn't look pretty. My gut tells me this will not be the bullet proof 740GL I had with
200k miles with no major engine/trani/rear work. I am considering moving on while the going is good!
