The over center type (click) torque wrench will do you fine. The lugs on my V70 are 3/4 or 19mm. One and the same. The torque for my wheels in 100 foot pounds, so 1/2 inch drive is what you want. The tool will be long enough so that you can get the leverage you need. Mine is strapped to the spare tire with a bungi cord. Good investment.
