Making My Priority List for repairs - advice? 850

I drove on a bad front engine mount for about 6 months. It caused a little vibration at idle but that was about it. I replaced it using the instructions from volvospeed.com / bay 13, a $68 engine mount from the dealer (make sure you give them your VIN because the part apparently changed) and a $10 jack from Wal-Mart to support the engine. In other words, a pretty easy fix (about 30-45 minutes total) but not necessarily the most urgent. Also, assuming that the engine mount in question is the one on the subframe under the front of the engine.
