I don't have the all too common and dreaded PNP problem . . . yet. I was wondering if it may be wise to do the gear change several dozen times or so as a kind of preventitive maintenance. Maybe doing it a couple times a year might ward off the possibility of the switch corroding? Just a thought. Any of you agree? Or would it just make sense to do it at the onset of trouble (flashing arrows, winter mode, etc.)?
