HELP -soft brake pedal 850 1995

How many miles on the new rotors? I've changed the rotors on my
98 and my wife's 95 (pads at the same time) with OEM rotors.
Both times braking performance was way (way!) down for the
first couple hundred miles. On my 98 I could not even get the
ABS to engage. After a bit of driving (and brake use), they came
back to working as good as they ever did.

There is a procedure for seating the pads. I've never done it but
I've seen others recommend it in other posts.
