Thanks for your response! It has no black smoke, as far as gas mileage I havn't driven it much since it started doing this. It has a few month old cone filter on. Only code I'm getting is the secondary air system one. Maybe I should take the cone filter off? Changed the fuel filter and it still does it. Its like it doesn't want to go then it takes off or dies one.
