you bought a red car..thats the issue, red paint just aint stable (ask anyone who colour mixes red auto paint for a living....) you can wax it to death but if it sees the sun it oxidises...thats just red paint for you...

PS if you want to find out if ANY panel has ever been repainted park the car under a sodium street light at night (thats the ones with the yellow colour cast) and any difference in paint will jump out at you...

(usefull trick to know if your ever going to look at buying a red car...)
