about your EMERGENCY BRAKE PADS??? There are little mini brake shoes that go inside the rear brake rotor that are your emeregncy brakes. Did they replace those? And if so, maybe they are adjusted toooo close. The actual rear brakes in the calipers canNOT be adjusted. If the emeregncy pads were never replaced, they may have fallen off there shoes and are riding around inside the rotor. Mine was doing that!
