Trans problems restricted to T6??????? S80 2000

Tranny started acting up on my 2000 T6 at 32,000 miles. No one at the dealer was the least bit surprised. Dealer was good (no hassle about a replacement), but factory protocols, other problems found and parts delays required 6 trips to the shop to get it replaced under warranty. Then there were 2 more trips to correct fluid leaks. Runs fine now. Still, I can't shake the feeling that I've bought American quality at European prices.
