The brake lights are a pain in the ass. Remove the D post speaker cover by prying in the slots along the bottom. Remove the speaker by pulling out the red "handle" then pry the speaker out away from the body from the top and lift it out. Now you can see the bulb holder. I usually unplug the taillight wiring conector to get a bit more room, then call someone with smaller hands to replace the bulb. You twist the bulb holder counter clockwise to release it, and it's tight. Requires a lot of effort. Be sure to have the new bulb handy and remember which way was "up" on the bulb holder, as it only goes in 1 way and is tricky to get lined up again.
