Your Volvo dealer? Or one of the Volvo parts discounters above. Since this is something that can leave you (or, worse, your wife) stranded, I'd probably move on it fast ie. the local dealer. As I recall the part wasn't outrageously expensive at all (by Volvo standards). The part was back-ordered for about 2 weeks when mine failed, though.

It would probably be most prudent to test the starter first, but my cyber-nickel bet is still on the ignition switch.
