From the UK Haynes manual

Front Rotors
New: 24.0mm, Minimum: 21.5mm (change if 22.1 or less when installing new pads), Max Run-out: 0.05mm,
Pads 9.4mm new, 2.0mm minimum

Rear Rotors
New: 10.0mm, Minimum: 8.4mm (change if 8.9 or less), Max Run-out:0.05mm
Pad thickness same as front.
