Roof Rack Options S60 2004

Use the OEM Volvo load bars for the S60. They fit perfectly into the groove on the roof WITHOUT any modifications or cutting. Not sure why you're being told that any cutting is required as the mounting points are very nicely hidden from obvious view but not from easy access.
