You don't want to hear the price. It was expensive!!!! I was told that the exhaust pipe for 95 changed the design from 2 pieces (CAT and pipe/muffler) to 1 piece (CAT to muffler/pipe). They had to replace the CAT too at the same time. The price was about $1200.

You've better double check the part with dealer to find out that whether it is still 2 pieces design of 1 piece design. The 2 pieces design would save me the price of the CAT. Unfortunately, it was not the case for me .... :-(
