ETS Light & AM Radio S70 1999

Own a 1999 S70 and have intermittent problems with ETS light coming on. Have tried making sure gas cap is tightly closed to prevent air binding in system. Have replaced accelerator pedal, and cleaned throttle valve. Still problem arises and when it does, the car may idle rough and shifiting may be rough (5 speed manual).
Any suggestions? Should the computer sensor be changed?

Also, have had problems with much static on AM radio. Not always in wet weather, and very noticeable under bridges.
Any help here?
