High RPM when starting cold Engine 850 1994

Does this model year have an IACS valve? (Idle Air Control Solenoid)

Dirty IACS valves cause this condition, at least it did on my 2000 S40. Cleaned it and the high RPM, fast idle smoothed out tremendously.
