Engine codes 1-7-2 and 4-1-0 850 1997

Help! Check engine light is on and the codes are 1-7-2 (Systems too rich bank 1) and 4-1-0 (secondary air injection system malfunctioning). What could be the problem? I erased the codes but they came back only after a week.

This happened after a a 600 miles trip. Could it be a bad tank of fuel that caused permanent damage to something (such as O2 sensor)?

1997 850 Wagon, 122k miles (engine light, ABS/Trac lights, and service light are all on!)
1995 850 GLT, 209k miles (odometer stopped working)
