Mine were tight as well I sprayed a little bolt free,(wd-40 pb blaster...etc...) let it sit for about twenty minutes,and presto free bolts,also just a FYI if your gonna apply some force,make sure the bit is all the way down into the bolt and evan you dont want to strip it,dont ask how I know this.LOL good luck
