bad brakes? 850

i also have a 96 850, with 43000 miles on it. the car is new to me, mine does the same thing but only when brakes are hot. first replaced pads and rotors rear, didn't help. then replaced fronts with new rotors and pads. i used prescribed light metallic fronts and organic rears. still does it. from 20 mph to stop, sounds and feels like the glazed pads against rotor metal but did it first drive out after replacements , not a metal to metal sound but more a vibration that goes through the whole car!! can any one help us with this? john
