Thanks for response. I'll check the air filter.
But I'm suspecting its my oil cap. I had a recent problem where the seal broke and spewed oil everywhere. When this happened it made my rpms at startup go to 2500 and a few seconds longer. So I'll check the air filter and i am replacing the seal on the oil cap. Also replacing the etc since it got ruined by the oil.
