Having just gone through the EGR sensor I would suggest you address that first. I got the same codes after getting the 241. My guess is your throttle body is dirty and the engine is starving for air or at least making sensors a little crazy.

If so it really isn't as bad as your probably think. Shouldn't at most be a 2-hour labor charge. I paid for mine and it was about $120. Provided no flame trap or lines required!

If you are anywhere near Woodstock NY I can recommend a good place.
