Don't rule out flame trap - I change flame trap, plugs, rotor and dist cap every 30k miles. At about 25k since last flame trap change I started leaking pretty bad, checked flame trap, needed replacing and now leak under control. Not to say you don't need to replace seals, but its worth a shot!
