Air Conditioning question 850 1995

My A/C is cycling every 5 seconds or so. I hooked up a pressure guage to check $134 level and got readings of between 25 and 45 psi. I thought that was sufficient, so I did not add anything, just in case. What should the pressure be and is there anything else that could be causing the cycling (and weak cooling).
