Adding an accessory outlet to rear seat 850

Depending on what you'll be plugging in, I wouldn't worry unless you & your daughter are both lighting up cigars at the same time.

My logic is: I think lighter is on a 20 (maybe 15) amp fuse. CD player, radar detector, cell phone and most car adaptors are mostly all 2 amps. Gives you lots of room to play with. Now if you are using one of those portable coolers powered by car adaptor you are talking a bigger draw - maybe 15+ amps - and you'll overload circuit. In any case the fuse for the cigarette lighter should protect you (have spares!) Just be sure to use good wires and don't run near moving parts (ie brake handle)
