Highway Robbery!
It's a very easy job to do yourself, especially if you get the $12 kit from ipd. Check out their instructions here: http://www.ipdusa.com/pdf/PI-290TrannyFlushKit.pdf

I usually use about 12 Quarts of Mobil 1 ATF for a complete flush on my 98 XC. Just flush until the fluid coming out is red, not brown.

Sheesh, what a ripoff.
