850 A-1 codes 232 & 233 850

232 and 233 are, respectively, speedo signal missing, and incorrect speedo signal. Both of these would lead us towards the vehicle speed sensor, the transmission range selector (basically the big electrical connector on the transmission - it can get corroded looking), or the combined instrument. Check A7 for codes as well. None of these lead us towards looking at an internal problem with the transmission.
