1998 V70R Front end noise V70-XC70 1998

Is the noise like driving on the rumble strips on the side of the road? If so, I have a similiar noise with my 98 V70 when turning left or right 90 degrees. Let me know what you find out it is.

I notice it more after my tires have been rotated. I wonder if it might be some type of tire noise on turns?
