In a realted story I bought my wife's 91 745 3 years ago with 39K on the clock. We are the third owner. The first two had the car maintained religiously at the dealer which we continue to do as well. I reviewed the service records after purchase to find out that the evaporator had been replaced and the refrigerent upgrade with freons succcesor. The second owner even had the timing belt replaced at 35K based on the dealers recomendation of time versus miles. It has been a terrific car. Second only to my 97 855 GLT which I bought new and has been the best car I have ever had and unfortunately may ever own. I am lucky to have a great dealer and good cars. I have hunted for about 18 months for a local LMB (low milage beauty) 97 855 but have had no success. It looks like my 855 will be my next used Volvo as I try to see if the 04 V70 fits the heritage.
