Heater core 850 1996

I have an '93 850 GLT and mine blew as well. The thermostat sometimes decides to close and not open and the pressure in the system will build and first thing to go is the heater core. Its not too expensive of a repair if you have a good honest mechanic but the part itself is very costly.
