High mileage T5's, a question for you S70

Yep they know Volvo's alright - Sweedish Car Specialists, Inc. Does nothing but Volvos. I've had the car scince day one and have all the service records. Oil pump o-rings have never been replaced. So you're thinking its the top end makink all the noise? How would one check to make sure there is proper oil flow, aside from removing the valve cover.
