Im not a mechanic so I couldnt say yes or no its flooding, but, some info that might help or it might not even be relevant :)
I started my 850 with a view to turning the wheels so I could jack the car up, car started first time no prob, turned the wheel and switched it off (total duration about 10 seconds). Tried to turn over the car next morning, it just cracnked till the battery was flat. (left it, tried again, etc.)
Called the breakdown people, aparently its a common problem with fuel injected cars, if you start it and stop it under 30 seconds or so, the engine gets flooded, he cured it by disconnecting the injectors and constantly turning the car over till it burned off the excess fuel and made a nice smoke plume in the process. After reconnecting the injectors it was fine and have had no probs since (I am wise enough not to do that again :). Might help, might not, might be related, might not be, but interesting and worth knowing nonetheless.
Hope it helps anyway, good luck.
