fuel pressure 850 1996

Has anyone tested thier fuel pump pressure, and do you do it from the Schrader valve near the fuel rail? Can you briefly describe the procedure. For fuel injectors, can I pul; them and look at the spray pattern to try to detect if one is bad? Thanks
