Anti-sway bar link by MTC 850

The size of the nut head shouldn't affect anything. The nut doesn't carry the load between the sway bar and the strut, the nut simply captivates the ball joint to the way bar or the strut. When I put new links on my 850 last winter, the nuts were side-lock-type locknuts, which don't typically loosen over time unless they were repeatedly loosened and tightened during their life. As long as you follow the proper torque specifications, you should be safe.
