fuel pressure and error codes V70-XC70 1998

I have an 98 V70Xc, with the B5254T engine what is the proper fuel pressure for this engine? Also, I have a very rough running engine very rich exhaust with the following error codes p0243, p0103, and p0171. All seem to be inter-related but which came first? Where do I start looking?
