True as yona has stated ..something is problably blocking the roof mechanism. I had to reinstall the cables acquired from a salvage yard for my 240 ..that took most of the day but it's fixed. The 850 only required removal of a track that was located in the rear and broken on the drivers side back track. Still it was only a mere two hour task.
