Oliver,

code P1310 stands for IGNITION 3 PRIMARY FEEDBACK CIRCUIT (COIL/PLUGS?)

did you try to check the amount of oil left and the condition of your plugs? try to these inexpensive steps first before you spend $$$.

As for your cylinder misfire, have the compression check.
