Try www.alldata.com, and key in the year and model of Volvo..it provides a summary with very brief description, of safety recalls, general recalls and service bulletins. Beyond that, to get details you subscribe. Each has the TSB notice number.

I notice the gears (or rack?) under by V70Rs drivers seat run "loudly" or "roughly" about half the time.
