I also have a 99 s70 and got the same code at the same time as trobuble code PO135 this one means the PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the heater circut for oxygen sensor 1 in bank 1. (closest to the cylinder head, before the catylic converter).

Have you had a problem with the O2 sensor?

I am interested to know if there is a correlation.
