Hasegawa-san,
I've done gear repair on several Volvos - but all non turbo. But don't it really would be much different other than perhaps an additional connection or two under or behind dashboard where feed to turbo meter goes. (I seem to remember such comments by guy from Bay 13).
Otherwise, get yourself some Torx fitting...any auto will have, then take all slow...don't force anything. Lots of Torx screws to be removed on side of dash, under dashboad over the instrument cluster and center console etc. Read Bay 13 info carefully...print out in color. To get to some screws you will have to pull/lever out plastic air duct vents. It can be done.
Then after all screws are out, then slowly start lifting up dash board from the left side. As it begins to come up, reach in and disconnect wire to left dash board speaker. Then - SLOWLY - keep lifting up dashboard. If you have someone to help, that's good. Idea is to go slow because you are putting strain on trim next to windshield and rest of dashboard in center and left side. GO too quick and you screw up trim. Also be advised on right side of center console, just above radio, is a press in clip that holds the dash board flush with rest of console. Getting that loose is a bit tricky.
Idea is to get dashboard up about 6-10 inches so you can get you hands behind the instrument cluster to remove all the electrical (or other fittings) that are attached to it.
Got to go now, more tommorrow.
