suspension componets V70-XC70

My 98 mod V70 (2.0 turbo)is starting to feel a bit "woblish" on the road. The shocks seem allright when I do the "push test", the car bounses back up and stops like its supposed to. But the car doesn`t feel right on the road, it has "aftershakes" when I hit a relativly big hole or bump, and I think it sways/bends to much (hope you understand what i mean) in thight corners at high speeds on the road (80 - 90 km/h).
Should I change both springs and shocks all the way around? Will it help to invest in some more expensive shocks/springs like bilstein/eibach? I have no experience with this, so I hope to get some comments on this.

Thanks
C
