Hillbilly rough shift fix S70

Sorry about initial the four letter word, (Should have been shifts). Also, does this car not have the "driver adapt" shift pionts? ie the computer recognizes your driving habits and changes gears etc accordingly? Maybe a good acc beating will do the trick like it did mine??? Any thoughts?
