First look V50

same chasis, i believe engine/transmision comanality and basically the same platform...different set of clothes...

just because you dont like it...doesnt mean it aint so...oh and im not 'claiming to be' anyone, just lill ol me...

just like the jaguar x type / lincoln and ford mondeo sharing the same chasis..and runing gear (including door handles im told in certain cases - urban myth?? about jaguar owner collecting new door handle -interior i think - for his jag and finding ford stamped on it....!)

not exactly uncommon now vw/audi/skoda are doign it big style as are the GM owned companies (GM/Vauxhaul/SAAB)...

like i say it really is a very nice focus...but dont be fooled into thinking the design owes anything to the 'legendary' volvo's like the 740/940 or even the 850/v70 families...

nice spec for the money though...
