ECC compressor not cycling 850 1996

Awesome info, thanks. I did get the compressor to cycle by first disconnecting the battery to clear any codes in the ECC ECU. Then I adjusted the fan spedd to a real slow setting and it would cycle on/off. My Interdynamics pressure reads 25 psi while compressor is running, and much high with it off. With engine sut off it settles around 45 psi, I think.
