I'm not sure about the prices in your area for that particular model.
I have been looking for an S80 T6 or an S60 T5 or 2.4T in the LA area and have a good idea on prices.

Anyway, you ask what should you expect for repairs.
Around the mileage the '00 V70 has you may expect the ETS to fail, it costs about $900.00 to repair, the ABS control unit will also fail, if you repair this yourself you are looking at about $155.00 vs. $600.00 at the dealer.
