First, my car is a 98 Volvo S70 base model with 77000 miles on it right now.
Its my daily commuter and here is a picture of it.


I have 3 problems. Actually just 2 but 1 question.

1st problem is during startup my electronic climate control flashes fault from time to time. Some times the unit will think the cabin air is extra cold so it pumps heat when its hot. This issue can usually be resolved by restarting the car. I have searched archives and you guys seem to recommend get the fault code read before any more diagnostic. I am just wondering if by chance anyone know what is the cause of this and can I do the repair myself.

2nd, the telescoping antenna has failed to fully extend. Previously, I just have to apply lubrication to antenna however this doesn't work anymore. I have seen IPD sells antenna Mast on their website. Is this what I need? Motor seems to be fine because it still goes up and down. If I open the unit up what should I be looking for to determine the problem?

3rd, as you have seen in the picture I don't have stock wheels/tires. Recently, I replaced all my steel rims because one was damaged during a flat on the freeway. Going straight to the question, my car seems to pull to the right when I am on the right most lane and the steering wheel shakes left or right a bit at high speed. (75+ mph) I am not sure if the pull is caused by misalignment from the tire blow out or it's from uneven surface. Dealer will charge me 90 bucks for alignment check, but not sure if this is worth it. I am also unsure if the shaking of steering wheel is just more pronounced by my new low profile tires or there is something not done right. (btw the car is still going straight when the wheel shakes.)
