You'll need a small screwdriver to carefully pop out the speaker grille, being careful not to scratch the plastic surfaces.

Once the grille is out, you then have to pull on the 2 little red tabs which sort of "unlock" the speaker mounts. Once those are loose, you have to pull up and out firmly on the speaker to get it to come out.

And then behind that will be the lightbulb cluster. Press down (or up?) on the black platic tab and the cluster should easily pull out.
