You should consider replacing the rubber lines with stainless steel brake lines first, and better front brake pads. If you still have $ to contribute to the economy, then you would consider drilled rotors. Changing the rotors alone won't do much to improve the performance.
SS-lines will make your brakes much firmer and higher performance pads will be less resistent to fade while grabing harder than stock ones, but you will get mild squeeks until the brakes warm up. For street driving, the combination of the two will give you significant improvement over stock.
I have EBC green pads, SS-lines, and drilled discs on my R. Even though I don't track this car (I have another vehicle for that purpose), I kind of gotten used to having really good brakes in my track car, so I decided to contribute to our economy by doing all of the above on the daily-driver.
