Power seats 850

I have 95 850 and all the switches on the power seat work except for the recline. I test drove another 850 before I bought mine and it had the same problem. Is it an electrical thing or is just the switch? How can I fix this? Also thanks to everyone who responded to my first post, you guys are great.
